Chakra Bracelet

This bracelet is worn to help balance your seven (center energies) chakras. Each color represents the chakras. When working with the chakras, it's best to work in order from the bottom up so that each chakra will unblock and allow the energy to flow with ease.
 
During meditation work the chakras one at a time until you have mastered the ability to work them all in one setting.
 
Red~ Root ~ Survival, Grounding~ located near the tail bone (the bottom)
Orange~ Sacral ~Sexuality, Passion ~ located near the navel
Yellow~ Solar Plexus ~ Confidence, Action ~ located below the rib cage
Green~Heart ~ Love, Compassion ~ located in the center of the chest
Blue~ Throat ~ Expression, Creativity ~ located in the throat
Purple~ Third Eye ~ Intuition, Wisdom ~ located on the forehead
White~ Crown ~ Spiritual Connection ~ located at the very top of the head (up)
